Yemeğin Tarifi  


Kurutulmuş tarhana ile nohutu bir gece önceden ıslatalım. Nohut, tarhana ve eti bir tencereye alarak, domatesi rendeleyelim. Karabiber taneleri ve 10 su bardağı suyu ekleyip, etler yumuşayıp lime lime olana dek pişirelim.

Pişen çorbayı ateşten alarak etleri ezelim. Üzerine dövülmüş sarmısakları ekleyelim. Margarini tavada kıdırarak kırmızı biberi ekleyelim. Yağı çorbanın üzerine gezdirerek servis yapalım.

Tarhananın Yapılışı : Top tarhana Denizli yöresinde değirmenlerde normal undan ayrı olarak tarhanalık iri kepekli buğdaydan öğütülür. Bire bir ölçüde kaynamış suyun içine kepekli un katılır. Karıştırılarak ağır ateşte koyuşana dek pişirip, hamurla özleşene dek yoğrulur. Tuz eklenir. Hamur, topraktan yapılmış büyük kaplara koyulur. 3 hafta her gün yoğrulur. 3 hafta sonunda top top şekil verilerek güneşte kurutulur.
