Biftekleri et tokmağı ile iyice döverek inceltin. Domates ve sivri biberleri iri parçalar halinde doğrayın. İncelmiş bifteklerin aralarına rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri koyup, rulo halinde sarın.

Şişe, 1 adet domates, 1 adet sivri biber ve biftek dizin. Tuz serpin. Bu işlemi bütün malzemeler bitene dek tekrarlayın. Izgarada pişirin. Sıcak olarak servis yapın.
