1 kg. kuşbaşı kuzu eti
100 gr. margarin
1 kg. taze soğan
1 çorba kaşığı salça
Nane, tuz
Terbiye için:
2 yumurta sarısı
1/2 su bardağı yoğurt


Yemeğin Tarifi  


Eti yıkayıp tencereye koyun. Suyunu çekene kadar pişirip, pembeleşene kadar kavurun.

Doğranmış taze soğanı ve margarini ilave edip 3 - 4 dakika daha kavurun. Salça ve naneyi ekleyin. Kavurmaya 2 - 3 dakika daha devam edin. 3 su bardağı su ve tuz ekleyin. Kısık ateşte pişirin.

Yemeği ocaktan indirdikten sonra biraz bekletin. Yumurta sarısı ve yoğurdu birlikte çırpı. Yavaş vavas karıştırarak vemeğe ilave edin.
