Yemeğin Tarifi  
Buzluktan çıkarttığınız milföyleri oda sıcaklığında 10-15 dakika bekletin. Parmak kalınlığında şerit şeklinde kesin.

Sosisleri ikiye bölün. Milföy şeritlerini sosislere spiral şeklinde sarın. Hamura sarılmış sosisleri yağlanmış tepsiye 2 cm aralıklarla dizin. Üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürün.

Spiral sosisleri önceden 150 derece ısıtılmış fırında üzerleri kızarana kadar pişirin.
